13. Rhymey Online Subscription
The following terms and conditions under clause 13 are in relation to Rhymey Online, our online subscription platform.
13a. Subscription Service Description
Subscription Services
We offer subscription-based online services which may include access to digital content, recorded or live sessions, downloadable resources, community features, other material as described on our website at the time of purchase ("Subscription Services").
The specific features, content and inclusions of each subscription are described on the website and may vary between subscription plans. Unless expressly stated, workshops, events and one-off services are not included as part of a subscription.
13b. Subscription Term, Billing and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as specificed at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to automatically charge the applicable subscription fee in advance for each billing period using your nominated payment method, unless you cancel in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Subscription fees are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise indicated.
13c. Free Trials & Discounts
We may offer free trials or discounts for certain subscription plans. The duration and conditions of any free trials or discounts will be disclosed at the time of sign-up.
Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the end of the trial.
For discounts, if you continue your subscription past the end of the discount end date, your subscription will revert to the standard price for your billing cadence (for example: monthly or annually). If you cancel your subscription during your discounted period, and then wish to restart your subscription, you will not be eligible for the discounted price again.
13d. Cancellation & Termination by Subscriber
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us using the details on our website.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated. You will continue to have access to the Subscription Services until that time. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
13e. Refunds & Australian Consumer Guarantees
Our Subscription Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Rhymey Online subscription service is provided "as is" and without warranty or condition and you waive all special, indirect and consequential damages against us. Our service may not be uninterrupted or error-free. Rhymey Online may be unavailable or interrupted due to events beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to acts or failures of any kind by third parties such as network or service providers.
Except as required by law, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
13f. Price Changes
We may change subscription fees from time to time. Any changes will apply to future billing periods only.
We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes before they take affect. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes affect.
13g. Account Access & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe account security has been compromised.
13h. Acceptable Use & Community Rules
You must not use the Subscription Services in a way that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. Where the Subscription Services include community features, forums, or live sessions, you agree to engage respectfully and not to post or share content that infringes the rights of others.
