3. Australian Consumer Law

Supplying the services again, or
Refunding the cost of the services.
You must be over 18 years of age to make a booking or purchase from Rhymey.
4. Workshop Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while respecting the time and preparation involved in delivering our workshops.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund or credit for a future workshop.
Cancellations made 7–14 days before the workshop: 50% refund or credit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund.
If Rhymey cancels or postpones a workshop: You will receive a full refund or credit towards another workshop booked at an agreed date.
Refunds will be processed promptly via your original payment method.
5. Attendance & Participation
We encourage all participants to arrive on time and be actively involved. Rhymey reserves the right to refuse entry or remove a participant if their behaviour disrupts the learning experience for others.
6. Intellectual Property
All workshop content, materials, and resources are owned by Rhymey and are provided for your personal and professional development only. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold.
7. Links to Other Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only, and we are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered on those sites.
