Our centre can't pay by credit card, is there another payment option?

Yes, please send us an email and we'll happily provide an invoice and alternate payment details. Please note that this option is currently only available for yearly subscriptions.

How often do you add new content?

We aim to add new songs and educational content every month.

What happens when my free trial ends?

At the end of your free trial, if you have not cancelled your subscription you will be billed according to the plan and subscription cadence chosen at the time of sign-up.

If you cancel your subscription before the end of your free trial, you will not be billed and you will lose access to Rhymey Online.

What happens when my "Early Access" period ends?

Once your early access discounted period ends, if you continue your subscription your monthly or annual cost will revert to the standard price. If you cancel your subscription before your renewal date, you will not be charged.
