A short song that lends itself to a circle game using stones, egg shakers or small bean bags. A perfect example of a song utilising beat, singing and movement simultaneously!
FOCUS AREAS: [proprioception] [coordination] [midline crossing] [low frequency vibration] [active listening] [low energy] [inhibitory control]

One song, many ways:
- This song can be sung and moved to in any way that you or the child/ren feel most comfortable to move in. The game demonstrated in the video is merely just a way to extend the children’s teamwork and thinking skills while singing a song in unison.
- Babies - use the steady beat of the song to rock them side-to-side, or bounce them on your knees or hips.
- Preschoolers and beyond: Can you tap the beat on different parts of your body or using an instrument? Can you create different beat patterns? (eg, knees and clap or heads and shoulders)
Lyrics:
Mal Mal Mal,
Kam-e-me go, Kam-e-me go,
Kal-um-bus, Kal-um-bus
